Ron Paul’s online campaign

I’m in a bind. On the one hand, I really, really dislike Ron Paul and his platform of “small government” extremism. On the other hand, I always like to see candidates really taking advantage of the web (of course, it was more fun with Dean in ‘04, because I didn’t fundamentally disagree with his politics). On the other other hand, though, a sizable proportion of Paul’s supporters’ actual methods (see, e.g., the Great Digg Flood of Aught-Seven) are extremely irritating (if not sometimes illegal?), favoring volume over substance. But I guess that’s politics…
